We can of course provide quotes for parts not shown on our site, but we cannot produce figures at the drop of a hat. We will treat your enquiry with all possible speed. We need time, our suppliers need time, they also may not respond same day, even for a few days, they are busy like us.
We are always sourcing "special deals", but this means exactly that - all quotes are valid for 14 days only. We need to reconfirm the prices even then. These parts usually sell out very fast. We have also to consider the recent volatile euro to £ exch rate. We quote prices in pound sterling (GBP). Mostly our transactions will be completed on our website, or our secure payment server. If you must pay by Paypal, we pass onto consumers the 4.6% commission Paypal charges us. Many do not understand that Paypal is an expensive option for a retailer, and it is not necessary to use Paypal just to make a card payment. We can accept bank transfer, which can also be in euros by arrangement, through a european account. The rate will reflect that ultimately, we have to receive the sterling amount.
NB: We do have a very high volume of enquiries, we will respond as quickly as we can, we can not cope with repeated requests for an update! Remember, all products already featured on our site are priced to see. Please note: our business has always been run successfully by sourcing parts at the right prices, and at a low markup, and we pass these lower prices on whever possible, striving to give a customer the best prices possible. "Quantity discounts" is a question often being asked, when a really small number of items are being ordered. Main dealers do not give any discount on an order. under any circumstances except possible to a trade source, despite the size and/or value of an order. We DO have a small number of valued customers who warrant a discount, because of the high value and regularity of their business. We cannot and do not offer any "wholesale/trade prices". We are a retailer, we buy at "trade" and do not pass this on, we are in business to supply customers, not other traders. With Smart, there is no such thing as "wholesale" or "trade" - the discount given to anybody is meagre. And we are the biggest buyer of parts direct from Smart, arguably in the world.
