This makes life easy!
The locknut on the front strut is notoriously difficult to remove as it rusts up.
A molegrip can't grip the shiny surface of the strut sufficiently tightly.
This Smart Workshop clamp tool enables the strut rod to be held fast, while the nut can now be turned easily from above.
You will need a 46mm spanner or wide adjustable wrench which you could get at a B&Q. Ask your Grandad for a plumbing spanner.
